To the maximum extent at law, you understand and acknowledge
that the use of any bicycle, Electric Bike or Electric Scooter has inherent risks, dangers, and
hazards and your use of our product even in normal circumstances
may result in injury including, but not limited to bodily injury,
strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death or other
ailments that, could cause serious disability.

By your use of our product, you hereby assume all risks and dangers and all
responsibility for any losses and/or damages.

You on behalf of yourself, your personal representatives and your heirs, hereby
voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless,
defend, and indemnify Zoro Enterprise Pty Ltd and all its directors
from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property
damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may
arise out of your use of our products.

You understand that you are releasing, discharging, and waiving any claims or actions that you
may have presently or in the future. You agree that it is your to exempt and relieve Zoro Enterprise Pty ltd from liability for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death by any cause.

*Important Notice

Australian Laws and Regulations provide that it is only legal to use an Electric Bike on the Road or a Road Related area with a maximum stated power output of not more than 200w without a pedal assist system, or 250w with a pedal assist system. Our standard Road Bikes are available and conform to these laws and can legally be ridden on road. Any electric bike with a greater power output that is purchased by you is purchased on the understanding that it is strictly for off road use only and we accept no liability for any incorrect or illegal use.
